From rock bottom to super productive

"When I started working with Jake I was literally at rock bottom, I’ve never felt so low in all my 42 years and I was stuck with knowing how to pick myself back up. I’m self employed and my business was struggling but my focus was non existent. I was living in panic mode and felt like I was just existing.

"I’ve really enjoyed learning all that Jake has to teach. We’ve gone into granular detail when I’ve wanted to drill down into the detail of why and how our bodies work, and he’s also kept it simple and easy to understand when the topics are more complex.

Jake has great skills in not only teaching you knowledge in a way that’s easy to absorb, but also translating it into a practical purpose so you understand exactly why it’s important and why you must apply it.
