I have known for a long time that it is the things you do daily, the choices of what you eat and how you move, that are the only things that make a difference and are sustainable.
This course is all about those things. Jake posted a message on his Facebook site at the start of the year which had a profound impact on me. He simply said something like ‘you can have more of what you want…because you want to be healthy and live more fully.’
I have lost weight which is great and I have gained more energy, changed the way I do breakfast, don’t need lunch and am eating dinner earlier and not needing to snack. The 21 Day Kickstart, is our fast-paced, no-nonsense, onboarding programme that gives you a comprehensive foundation for health.
In just three weeks you'll feel like a new person. It's from this solid foundation that you'll launching into every other programme, personal experiment and workshop that is on offer.
No, the TRIBE community is perfect for pretty much anyone who want's to have a tip-top metabolism leading to all day energy, consistent clarity and ideal body weight. But everything is structured in such a way as to be mindful toward those who are parents or live in a family where habit change can often seem harder than for those living by themselves. Many couples and families join the TRIBE together with great results - in fact, this is exactly what I recommend you do - I'm so into families pursuing health together that I make this so stupidly cheap that my business coach feels like she's banging her head against a brick wall, when it comes to pricing!
During the 21 day kickstart I recommend finding around half an hour to an hour a day. Many of the suggested activities will fit in with your regular schedule and not require any adjustment. Many people find that the increased energy levels and clearer thinking (brain fog being gone!) lead to greater efficiency and therefore you will actually liberate more time!
As part of the TRIBE you'll learn what rhythms and routines best suit your schedule as well as your health goals. The programmes and experiments that are facilitated for you will help you to craft your ideal health support system!
No, absolutely all the movement and exercise suggested in all of the TRIBE programmes and in our general culture can be tailored according to your fitness level. From complete beginner to seasoned athlete, there are options for you.
Guess what? There is no wagon to fall off!

Yup, we hate this analogy in the TRIBE. When you make a deviation on a route, do you then go and drive off a cliff because you took a wrong turn? No! So why would you do that with your health? You make an unsupportive deviation and then you make your next choice a supportive one, nothing has been ruined. Nothing has been lost - your deviation might have been great fun.... good... now crack on - there is no time or place for guilt here!
We much prefer to think of a dial. You may crank the dial up to 10 for maximum results for periods of time, you may find a nice holding pattern at a 5 and you may even head back to 0 every so often... so what? So long as you're not in the off position for too long, you keep up some momentum and crank it up again at the time that best suits you.
Of course not, this is your health journey. I totally recommend making as many of the 21 Day Kickstart calls as possible as this really propels you into motion along with your cohort. From here, you pick and choose calls, gatherings, programmes, experiments and any 1-on-1s that work for you to get the most from this community but also to get the most from the rest of your life!
All of our calls and events move around so that there is opportunity for everyone to make a good number of them. Many calls and events will be scheduled at the traditional times when most people are free. This, of course, would not work for everyone so there will always be other options thrown in.
During the 21 day kickstart most calls will be at 6pm (UK time).
Each programme inside the TRIBE can be done in your own time within the given week/month - some might have a live component but these won't be necessary in order to get great value from each programme

Nope. I've structured the TRIBE this way to make it as affordable as possible while delivering as much value as possible. If you don't like it at any point you can cancel your membership - but I doubt you'll want to 😝
Then you are in the perfect place. You've got a bunch of like minded, health focussed TRIBE members around you with years of experience and empathy between us - we've all struggled at times. A human biochemistry wizz and behaviour change expert in your pocket (not quite literally but almost). And you've got a bucket load of helpful information to help reorientate you back to the basics of human health.
No, not at all. No one has booked you in for HIIT sessions and no one is going to tell you what to do. The TRIBE is a supportive community driven by principles that you can flesh out in a way that suits you and your household... there are no cookie cutters here!
When working with a personal trainer, they devise the programme and you do it. I'm all about empowering you to become the best expert in YOU - you'll be able to train yourself, nourish yourself and craft a lifestyle that honours your human DNA whilst also being tailored to your individual personality.
You may want to have some personal training alongside being in the TRIBE if that's your thing - great! Do what works for you in fleshing out the principles that help humans flourish. Some TRIBE members also opt to be part of our MovNat - natural movement fitness classes (if you're local to Stafford, these might be a good option for you and you can combine the two at a discounted rate).
Always consult your doctor before making changes to your lifestyle if you are under medical supervision. The TRIBE is not designed to treat or diagnose any health condition. Everything we do is geared toward excelling is baseline human health. Members of the TRIBE have experienced various health benefits from the education, empowerment and community that we provide.
No - but some programmes will resemble a bootcamp. If you choose into doing one of the more high octane events then there will be some training tracks that are more bootcamp like - but these will be well structured to suit human biochemistry (not simple go-hard-or-go-home until you're dead on your feet type programmes).
From what you learn as part of the TRIBE you can put together your own fitness plans, choose into group activities or even book in some 1-to-1 work with Jake at discounted prices.
Health and wellness usually refers to a state of physical, mental and social wellbeing. In the TRIBE we address all three of these, sometimes one more than another, but the reality is that they are intimately connected. Our metabolism and mindset will also feed into our physical, mental and social wellbeing. Movement and exercise may have a physical thrust but is also great for the mind and can be a very social activity. Breathwork might focus on stress management and mental health, how many grouchy people perform well physically or a fun to be around? The TRIBE is inherently social, connecting you to others with shared goals, interests and who are also wanting to be part of a supportive community.
